Two products from one .
Both sit in the same 62–67% Fe range; what separates them is sizing.
Raw run-of-mine ore
Ore taken straight from the working face, before crushing and screening. Unsized, as extracted.
Granulated material
Crushed and screened on site to a 12–26 mm fraction. Around 70% of ROM volume converts to granulated product.
Eight steps to .
Phase 1 figures describe the current programme across the operating area. Allocation against any given month is confirmed at the point of order.
Crushed, screened and on site.
Two crushing lines feed inclined conveyors, screen decks and sized product bins, so material leaves the site already graded.
Primary crushing.
A skid-mounted jaw crusher with its own feed hopper and vibrating feeder takes run-of-mine ore first.
Second crushing line.
Runs alongside the first, drawing from a covered feed hopper.
Conveyors and screen decks.
Inclined conveyors carry crushed material into sized product bins.
